Manage your organization

Organizations allow multiple users to collaborate under a single Retyc account, with shared quotas and centralized access management.

What is an organization?

An organization groups together users belonging to the same company or team. It allows:

  • An individual storage quota per member (each member has their own quota)
  • Centralized management of users by administrators
  • Data rooms accessible to the entire organization

Roles within an organization

RolePermissions
MemberSend and receive files, access shared data rooms
AdminEverything a member can do + invite/remove members, manage quotas

Inviting a member

Reserved for administrators.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Organization > Members
  2. Click on Invite a member
  3. Enter the person's email address
  4. Confirm — an invitation email is automatically sent to them

The invited person must accept the invitation and create (or connect) their Retyc account.

Removing a member

Reserved for administrators.

In the members list, click on the delete icon next to the relevant member. Files sent by this member remain accessible until they expire.

Quota

Each member has their own individual storage quota. Each member's usage is not visible to administrators.

You can customize your Retyc space by adding your organization's logo. It will be displayed on the download pages shared with your recipients.
